Conference 2024 Terms and Conditions include registration at the conference and accommodation

Registration Terms and Conditions

Registration cancellations received up to Monday 15 July 2024 will receive a full refund, less a $300.00 administration fee.

No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Monday 15 July 2024.

As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another person (for the same registration category) before Monday 15 August 2024 without receiving any extra cost penalty.

The members of the Pacifica Congress and The Production House Events do not accept any liability for any losses incurred pre, post or during the Conference due to unforeseen cancellation or postponement.

In the event of the Conference being cancelled, no refunds will be issued. All available funds will be credited towards a future conference/s held by Pacifica Congress

Accommodation Terms and Conditions

All guaranteed rooms cancelled at or within 30 days prior to arrival including “no shows”, will incur 100% cancellation fee, this being the number or room nights cancelled times the accommodation rate, payable by the guest, charged at time of cancellation.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at time of booking. This does not constitute as payment.

Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted, nor will the hotel accept any changes directly. Any amendments to the original hotel booking must be forwarded via email to info@tphe.com.au.

A Pre-authorisation will be processed on the Guest credit cards on arrival day. Amount of Pre-authorisation to be full accommodation charges plus $100
per day for incidentals.
