April is a social worker with a decade of experience working with at-risk children within the Tasmanian Child Protection System, before specialising in preparing Family Reports within the family law sector from 2007.  

Over the last ten years of private practice in Victoria, April has provided single expert advice to the Family Courts, focusing on children’s best interests within separated families.
